The chocolate fountain is used as a fondue pan to coat fresh fruits with chocolate - strawberries, bananas, pineapples, etc... or biscuits, using skewer sticks.
It can be used for as a shopfront display.
The fountain keeps chocolate warm by circulating it to the bottom with a screw conveyor.
Body and fountain in stainless steel.
Temperature can be set up to 110°C.
Minimal chocolate capacity : 2,5kg - maximal: 6kg
Drum and fountain components can be removed for cleaning
With separate switch for motor and heating element.
