The
control system is equipped with a 7-inch touch screen. The software
gives endless setting possibilities according to the foods to be kept,
manages a sophisticated system for energy saving, control of food
expiration dates, control of HACCP maintenance temperatures, and also a
control management and machine breakdown assistance.
Electronic control unit with dual control with automatic algorithm. This allows two different sets of parameters to be set: one
for the time of day where staff use the products inside the cabinet by
predicting temperatures lower than the upper limit temperature and as
little defrosting as possible to try to compensate for the temperature
rises created during opening. Another one, on the other hand, for the
time of day where there are no operators opening the doors and the
temperatures are brought to the upper limit resulting in significant
energy savings and possible automatic switching off of the illuminations
that are on. I two different sectors are automatically managed by
the control unit based on the previous days' records without any
operator having to remember to switch from one setting to the other. |
