Vegetable cutter. Thanks to its compact design and high performance at the same time, the Feuma GVM 210 is equally well suited for use in the catering, hotel and catering sectors, as well as school catering, communal catering, dietetic cuisine or the snack area in bakeries and butchers.

The GVM 210 is based on the proven multifunctional machine Supra 6e. In addition, the GVM can use cylinders that allow higher throughput. The two high cutting speeds ensure absolutely perfect cutting results - tailored to the respective product. The operation is very easy, even an accessory change is done in a few simple steps. The device is completely made of stainless steel. High material thicknesses and excellent workmanship make the GVM extremely robust and guarantee a long service life.

High performance thanks to 400 volt technology
A 400V motor is a novelty in the vegetable cutter market in this category and offers sufficient power reserves (0.75 / 0.95KW). Even heavy, solid items such as cabbage or cabbage can be effortlessly processed without any speed drop. 230 volt motors are prone to blocking when feeding large quantities at once. The 400V motor of the GVM 210 creates load peaks without effort and guarantees a consistently perfect cut quality.

Durable stainless steel cutting tools
As with the Supra 6e and HU1020, all cutting discs and cylinders are made entirely of stainless steel for maximum hygiene and durability. Food authenticity is guaranteed, material fatigue and wear as with comparable solutions made of plastic does not take place. The blades are electrolytically polished for the lowest cutting resistance. The extremely thin blade ensures minimal product displacement. The screwed spare blades are easily interchangeable by the user.

The adjustable blade disc - one for everything
The adjustable blade disc is the most widely used tool for GVM. With it, cutting thicknesses of 0-8 mm can be adjusted almost infinitely. Remove the disc, click on the new cutting thickness on the adjusting wheel, insert, finished. The cumbersome handling with different knife discs deleted.

Cylinder for high throughput
Also unique in this device category is the possibility to use raw food and grater cylinders. In conjunction with the hopper attachment with extra large hopper even higher throughput can be achieved.

Perfect cut
The rounded guide of the cutting chute ensures that the material to be cut is always guided evenly to the cutting plane. This allows a consistently good cutting result from start to finish.The high cutting speeds guarantee an absolutely clean cut without tearing or crushing. In addition, the GVM 210 has two different speeds so that the optimum speed can be selected for each product (280 + 560 rpm).

Cut shapes for every need
With a huge assortment of discs, cylinders and accessories, the GVM 210 can be adapted to any need: friction discs for fruit, cheese and biscuits, dicer, potato and ricotta slices or colored slice. With the gourmet attachment you can produce Brunoises, Gaufrettes or waffles.

Protected Drive & Easy Cleaning
Vegetable and fruit juices and the acids they contain are extremely aggressive and responsible for creeping corrosion and wear. Especially the drive shaft is a critical issue in vegetable slicers and food processors. Acids penetrate the drive and damage it over time until it is completely destroyed. Feuma has completely separated the cutting unit and the drive. Knives, cylinders and clippings are in a separate plug-on housing - acids have no chance. The cutting housing is also removable and can be cleaned in the dishwasher. The GVM 210 is naturally splash-proof to IP54.
