The Premium grill plate has a double baking tray, consisting of a smooth baking tray and a grooved baking tray. This grill plate is suitable for high production and daily use. The baking tray is made of 15 mm thick steel and has a satin finish. Under the cooking surface is a large 1.5 liter container for collecting fat and the grill plate is equipped with high stainless steel splash guards to prevent oil splashes. Together with the ergonomic design of the grill plate, this ensures pleasant and safe working. The stainless steel housing, splash guards and baking tray are easy to clean. Due to the depth of 900 mm, the grill plate can grill large quantities of food at the same time.
