Tecnoinox PFX105V7 is a medium duty, Dual fuel range. It is fitted with a large capacity electric convection oven giving even heat distribution making it ideal for baking etc. An ideal oven for Nursing homes, Schools etc.

- All gas open burners are fitted with Pilot light - this allows quick lighting and reduces fuel costs
- Enamelled cast iron pans supports (wire option shown) - durable and easy to wipe down
