The Hatco IRNG-PC1-30 Rapide Cuisine® Countertop High-Powered/Heavy-Duty Induction Range offers back-of-the-house power with heavy gauge stainless steel housing, side impact protection and a scratch-hiding cooktop surface, while its Magnetic Power System (MPS) delivers the highest power in its class for commercial foodservice.
- Features User Programmable Presets (UPP) with a 3-stage programming mode for the operator to create preset programs for repeat menu items, as well as a food temperature probe and 4 surface temperature sensors for more accurate control and cooking.
- Withstands high ambient kitchen temperatures up to 124°F (51°C) and has an energy-saving automatic shut-off to prevent overheating.
