The IRNG-PB1-30 Rapide Cuisine® Drop-In High-Powered/Heavy-Duty Induction Hob from Hatco, which mounts flush with the countertop, offers back-of-the-house power with heavy gauge stainless steel housing, side impact protection and a scratch-hiding cooktop surface, while its Magnetic Power System (MPS) delivers the highest power in its class for commercial foodservice.
- Features User Programmable Presets (UPP) for the operator to create preset programs for repeat menu items, as well as a food temperature probe and 4 surface temperature sensors for more accurate control and cooking.
- Withstands high ambient kitchen temperatures up to 124°F (51°C) and has an energy-saving automatic shut-off to prevent overheating.
- Pan Sense Technology (PST) activates the unit only when a suitable pan is placed on top.
