The ice makers Icematic have always been synonymous with reliability and efficiency: the pallet production system with rods evaporator is guaranteed, thanks to the absence of pumps and nozzles, a perfect operation even with very waters limestone or full of impurities. The new E Series is the result of this consolidated and reliable technology, with the introduction of a long list of improvements and innovative technical solutions that make it the new addition to the category of ice machines with built-in storage.

The icematic E75 ice machine is part of this E series, it is a hollow ice machine with reserve. It produces 75 kg / day of ice cubes and a built-in storage of 36 kg. SeriesE75 is available with an air or water condenser and a total weight of 64 kg. Its body is entirely made of stainless steel with a modern design with rounded corners and extremely neat finishes. The updated construction philosophy has introduced effective front-end ventilation, which significantly improves performance in air-cooled versions. A filter was introduced (extractable and washable) to avoid the jamming of the capacitor and promote the channeling of air flows. The capacity of the deposit is significantly increased to cope with the times of greatest need of ice. Even the level of water flow has been raised (minimum 6 cm from the ground) to facilitate installation in any situation.

Anti microbial system AGION:

AGION's technology is based on the use of silver ions, a natural, effective, safe, non-toxic antimicrobial agent that does not cause irritation or allergy. Under the effect of ambient humidity and thanks to an ion exchange process, silver ions are released, attack bacteria and molds and prevent their growth. Agion coating guarantees long-lasting and safe protection of your machine without the use of polluting or toxic products.

Pallet technology:

The paddle technology ensures the perfect functioning of the machine even in case of very calcareous water or full of impurities. The icematic E75 icemaker has no pumps or nozzles and, unlike machines using sprinkler technology, does not require frequent periodic maintenance for cleaning and descaling. Indeed, the ice cubes are formed around the rods of the evaporator which are immersed in the water tank whose level is controlled by a sensor provided for this purpose. Helical pallets rotate between the different rows of stems (and thus among the cubes of ice in formation) which, in addition to keeping the tank water moving and oxygenated, determine the duration of the production cycle and the beginning of the defrosting. In fact, they are positioned to touch the ice that is solidifying around the stems until the cubes have reached the ideal size. The machine adapts automatically, without any adjustment or adjustment, the cycle time according to the many environmental conditions (ambient temperature, water temperature, etc ...) and always ensures cubes of regular shape and with constant dimensions. The absence of pump and sprinklers also ensures a maximum level of silence, thanks to its large heat exchange surface, ensures a lower energy consumption.

New water level sensor:

The water level of the tank is determined by a new generation sensor that is much more accurate and much more reliable than the current float. It also allows to modify the dimensions (height) of the ice cube.

New semi-automatic washing and disinfection system:

the washing and disinfecting cycle can be carried out by the end user without the intervention of specialized technicians and without having to move or open the ice maker (not even in the case of under-the-counter or built-in installation). Simply open the Ice Depot door, fill the evaporator pan with a cleaning and disinfecting solution, and the machine will then automatically perform the intended wash and rinse cycles.
