Entirely built in Aisi 304 steel, it is equipped with aPLC programmer that allows you to automatically control, adjust and program the desired times and temperatures in the processing of your recipes. The gearmotor, located in the lower part, ensures, through a special modular mixer, the correct mixing of the blends, thus enhancing the organoleptic qualities and thanks to the Camurri system allows a better sugar extraction compared to other systems.Two practical handles then allow easy transport and handling of the equipment.

A wide range of accessories will allow you to elaborate the production of your craft beers.
